Dr. Jatin Sheth

About Dr. Sheth

Jatin Sheth, M.D. is board certified in family medicine, and has been affiliated with Access Health Care since October 2003. Dr. Sheth's medical background and years of experience make him a valuable member of the Access clinical team. Dr. Sheth's interest in medicine began at an early age. Everyone in his family is a physician, and he was determined to maintain the family tradition. Dr. Sheth received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, India in 1991. From 1991 to 1996, he served as Chief Medical Officer at Karnavati Hospital (India). Dr. Sheth relocated to the United States, and in 2000 began his Family Practice Residency at South Nassau Hospital in Oceanside, New York. Interestingly enough, during his tenure at South Nassau Hospital, Dr. Sheth was named Chief Resident (2002-2003). Dr. Sheth is a member of Access 2 Health Care IPA, and enjoys privileges at Bayfront Helath Spring Hill and Bayfront Health Brooksville Hospitals as well as Oak Hill Hospital. He derives great satisfaction from serving his patients and the community, and welcomes new patients and walk-in patients to his Brooksville office. During his free time, Dr. Sheth enjoys classical Indian music (he loves to have music playing wherever he is)! He also enjoys sports and reading. Dr. Sheth and his wife have a six-year-old daughter, and family activities are a big part of the Sheths personal time. Access Health Care is fortunate Dr. Sheth has chosen to share his knowledge, experience and compassionate care with its patients. We are proud to have him on our team!
