About Dr. Ramos

Ivan A. Ramos, MD, completed residency in internal medicine at Lutheran Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Born in New York City, Dr. Ramos received his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Pedro H Urena, Santo Domingo where he graduated cum laude. Dr. Ramos followed up his medical education with an internship at the Dominican Republic Health Service in Indigent Care. Dr. Ramos also completed a one year fellowship in critical care medicine at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia, Department of Anesthesiology. He has also served as medical director and advisor at various hospital boards and acute and long-term care facilities. Dr. Ramos is a member of the American Society of Internal Medicine, the Florida Medical Association, and the Pasco Medical Association. He is married with three grown children. He enjoys flying airplanes. Dr. Ramos speaks fluent English and Spanish.
