About Dr. Pirani

Shaheen Pirani, MD has been in practice in Fort Pierce since 2001. Dr. Pirani completed residency training in general medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. She received her medical degree from Sind Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan and her undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence College in Karachi. Dr. Pirani holds a Florida state medical license and covers a wide range of disciplines and stresses preventive medicine and health maintenance as a core philosophy. She specializes in assessment and treatment of diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, COPD, asthma, osteoporosis, arthritis and other general medical conditions. Her philosophy is to ensure that all of her patients are well educated about their condition and have their concerns addressed during each visit.
